  Very good bagels. LOVE their veggie cream cheese! We come here breakfast at least once a week. Although everyone is very nice, the service can sometimes be shaky depending on who takes your order behind the counter. Just make sure they write down any orders over 3 bagels.

  Love the food and atmosphere staff are friendly however there is this 1 lady that needs a lesson on customer service and staying in an enployee's place and realize she is not the owner nor manager... my experience with her now has shown me what everyone has been talking about. An interesting part is that it seems like she likes to start trouble and talk to her co-workers about the customers right in front of them and laugh while making smart remarks and sighing in their face... especially if she THINKS they DON'T SPEAK English.... that is not customer service... that is being disrespectful and inconsiderate that she is giving a bad name to the owner because several people have tried to complain and nothing is being done about it... which speaks volumes..
